2) Identity Verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing your request. Verification may include confirming that you can receive emails at the email address associated with your prior inquiry or asking for information sufficient to match you to our records.

3) Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require:

  • Proof the agent is authorized to act for you, and
  • Verification of your identity (directly with you)

4) Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California)

Shasta Sound does not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California law).
