Clear and dependable sound for ceremonies, presentations, parties, live music and other events. We offer several speaker sizes so that you only pay for the amount of sound coverage your event actually requires. Our powered speaker of choice is Alto Professional.


Subwoofers

Add powerful low-frequency sound for DJs, live bands, dances and events that need more energy and impact. Multiple sizes are available based on the venue, attendance and style of event. Our subwoofer of choice is Alto Professional.


Microphones

starting at $10/day

We offer both wired and wireless microphones for speeches, announcements, ceremonies, presentations, live vocals and general event use. 360 Photo Booths

starting at $300/Day

Our fully automated 360 Photo Booth lets guests record a video, scan a QR code, and download it directly to their phones within moments. All event content can also be provided to the client afterward, and because the booth runs automatically, there is no additional staffing fee.

Create the right atmosphere with uplighting, wash lighting, moving effects and dance-floor lighting. Lighting can be rented separately or combined with an audio package.

Free pickup is a common option or we are able to deliver to any location for only $1/mile per vehicle. Professional setup, testing, teardown and on-site technical support can also be added when needed.

Gear rental Pricing

Our equipment rental rates are generally based on approximately 5% to 10% of the item’s current new retail value per rental day, depending on the type of equipment, included accessories, demand, maintenance requirements and risk of damage. This pricing approach allows us to keep rentals affordable while still covering equipment preparation, testing, cleaning and normal wear.


Longer rental periods, complete equipment packages, and non-profit events may qualify for reduced daily rates. Delivery, setup, teardown and on-site technical support are optional services and are priced separately based on the location and needs of your event.
